Champions for the 11th time.
While the team did not have it all their own way throughout this final - they were still overall the better team. Catriona Mc Connell was firing on all Cylinders with 1-5 from play and three more points from frees. Joanne Courtney was solid in defence and captain Majella Woods drove her team on to collect the cup once again.
While training for the county continguent continues on the run up to the 'All Ireland Final' we look forward to the Ulster cup first round on the first Sunday in October.
